Following 2 knee replacements at Rowley Hall Hospital I have just had a left hip replacement on 8/4/2024, all under NHS provision,and all under the care of Mr Shaylor. The level of care has been outstanding throughout and it is obvious their duty of care and candour is a high priority. Everyone involved was friendly and I was kept fully informed of procedures at all times. Meals have been excellent with plenty of choices and visitors are made welcome.

Please note that I am an NHS patient, so can't comment on price/value. I was referred for possible trapped ulnar nerve issues, and from consultation all the way through, I have been treated as an individual and not just another patient. Initially, I tried physiotherapy, but this didn't make much of a difference and surgery seemed the best solution. I was under the care of Mr Malhotra, but all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. At all stages of my treatment, I felt reassured, especially with my neurodivergence and it being my first ever surgery. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather have a similar procedure if I ever needed it again!

During my stay at Rowley Hall, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the meals I received were lovely. I can’t thank the staff enough.

Rowley Hall hospital is a beautiful old building. Clean tidy nice calm atmosphere. This is also a private hospital, for choices, as it does see NHS patients also. I would request this hospital to others.
