Rowley Hall Cosmetic Surgeon Celebrates 'Excellence' With Global Award

Cosmetic Surgeon Mr Philip Brackley is celebrating ’excellence’ after winning a high-profile global award.
The Rowley Hall Hospital consultant has landed an ‘Excellence in Reconstructive Surgery’ prize in the Medical LiveWire Global Awards.
The awards are a celebration of medical achievement and recognise organisations and individuals who have made significant contributions in their respective fields over the past 12 months.
Professionals were nominated from 19 different countries worldwide, including the USA, South Africa and The Czech Republic, so Mr Brackley was up against tough competition.
Mr Brackley has a special interest in skin cancer management and is an expert in surgical and non surgical cosmetic treatments which he delivers at the Stafford-based private hospital.
His key clinical interests include skin cancer treatments, cosmetic breast surgery (augmentation, uplifts and reductions), body sculpting, brow lifts and prominent ear corrections.
He also specialises in scar revisions, tummy tucks, liposuction, eye lid surgery and facial reconstructions.
Mr Brackley said: “I’m delighted to win the Excellence in Reconstructive Surgery award which recognises my Cosmetic Surgery and skin cancer work and helps to put Rowley Hall Hospital on the map.
“I am proud and passionate about patient care and I always strive for best practice and will continue to do so in the future.”
Mr Brackley, who is now listed in a special winners guide featuring other medical professionals from around the globe, also has a special interest in research to continually improve his service for patients.
He added: “I have a research background (PhD), so I’ve always been keen to keep involved with developing research.
“As a result of this interest in research, I am a Principle Investigator and co-investigator to a number of trials which focus on how we can provide a better service for patients.”
The judging panel at Medical LiveWire considered the strengths of each shortlisted candidate and focused on the most ground breaking organisations, teams and individuals.
The winners guide highlights leaders in human interface technology (HIT), labiaplasty surgery, injury therapy, and clinical treatments..
The criteria for the program included companies that displayed medical creativity, vision, received industry recognition and ethical practice.
