As always I found the staff at Rowley Hall to be kind, efficient and helpful. The facilities are excellent and the patients are treated in pleasant and comfortable surroundings.

My experience at Rowley Hospital was positive both as an outpatient and an inpatient. The room I had for my overnight stay had a beautiful view of the garden where I was able to view the birds and squirrels scampering in the snow whilst awaiting my turn in theatre. Sadly, as a presumably listed building, there was a visible gap in the wooden frame doors to the outside, this resulted in a cool room on what was one of the coldest days of the year. The staff tried very hard to make me more comfortable but Mother Nature won on that day. Also, despite notification ahead of admission, the availability of gluten free provisions for breakfast was minimal.

I recently had a cosmetic procedure performed by Mr Phillip Brackley and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made. From the start the private patient co-ordinator Hilary was so helpful and informative making the whole process so easy. The pre op and theatre staff were amazing and ward nurse Barbara was an absolute angel with her exceptional care. Mr Brackley has made my dream come true and I will be forever grateful.
