We are committed to providing the very best possible patient experience and your feedback is a really important way of helping us to achieve this. Patients are always keen to hear about the positive experiences of others when choosing a hospital.

Great staff, nice room, comfy bed, nice bed linen, great food, as many cups of tea as I wanted, with biscuits, all the information I needed and all questions answered. I cant say anything bad , my time there was relaxing and it didn't feel like being in hospital at all. The staff were lovely to my partner when he came to collect me, they knew he had had a long drive so offered him tea and biscuits. Just all round great care.

Had a operation on the 26th October with Mr chin all the staff was amazing and kind and made me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous. The nurse who looked after me before and after was so lovely and nothing was to much trouble and really made sure I was well enough to go home. I would like to say a big thank you to Mr chin for listening to me and doing the operation after years of no one else listening to me. Amazing hospital.

I underwent surgery last week and the care I received was amazing. Thank you to everybody that took care of me especially to an amazing nurse Lorna Glover who sat with me for 3 hours whilst I underwent a blood transfusion. I'm very grateful. Regards Clare

Staff are lovely and attentive. Only niggle is that it’s very noisy at night. I appreciate staff have to do their job, but when you’ve just had surgery a little quiet wouldn’t go a miss. Also I wasn’t sent home with all the information I needed, but a phone call Soon sorted this out. Would definitely go back to rowley if needed.
