As a Private Patient Manager, my role is to ensure that all private patients have fantastic experience throughout their journey or journeys with us at Rowley Hall and Beacon Park hospitals. I liaise with the major departments of the hospitals to ensure our patients get the standards of service, care and treatment expected, and that we deliver the ‘people caring for people’ ethos that Ramsay Healthcare prides itself on..

Private Patient Coordinator

As a Private Patient Coordinator, it is my job to ensure that all private patients have a smooth, stress free experience with our hospitals. From booking your initial appointment to procedure, I will ensure that you that you see the correct consultant as quickly as possible.

My previous experience in customer service has given me the tools to ensure that I remain patient focused and always strive for the best outcome.

Private Patient Co-ordinator

I’ve previously worked for the past 28 years within the NHS at a local hospital undertaking various administration roles including Medical Secretary to 4 Cardiology Consultants. I joined the Rowley family 3 years ago as a Medical Secretary to several Consultants gaining knowledge of various different specialities which included Cosmetic Surgery, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery & Spinal Surgery.

I came to the private patient team in my current position at Rowley Hall 12-months ago and I am passionate about customer care and delivering high standard. I take pride in giving the best possible patient experience and assist in a smooth transition from the initial consultation to surgery and also post operatively.
